Stark Signs & Designs

A native of Newport News, Tim Stark grew up in multi generational wood working family.  After retiring from a distinguished career in the Navy, Tim grew his lifelong love of wood working into Stark Signs & Designs.  Using reclaimed wood from his property in Palmyra, Virginia, Tim now creates beautiful pieces that can be enjoyed for years to come.  In his free time, Tim can be found entertaining children of all ages as a plain faced clown where his artistic talents are showcased in his amazing balloon sculptures.
