The Crafty Pony Turnout Rug is navy with red binding and has hind leg straps, cross surcingles and is fully lined for comfort .
The fully illustrated instructional booklet helps children learn all about turnout rugs. Children can learn and practice putting the rug on and off, fastening the cross surcingles and leg straps correctly. The neck cover can be fastened or folded back.
