Free Shipping
FREE SHIPPING is available on all standard orders over $99 shipping within the continental US, excluding saddles, weighted items over 5 lbs, and sale items. Additional shipping charges will apply for these items.
Alaska and Hawaii residents, please contact us for shipping quotes.
Weight-Based Shipping Rates
For heavier items (over 5 lbs), shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order:
- Up to a certain weight threshold — $8.00
- Mid-range weight — rates vary up to $75.95
The exact rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order's total weight.
Saddle Shipping
Due to their size and weight, all saddles shipping starts at $65.00 within the continental US. Please contact us for saddle shipping quotes to Alaska or Hawaii.
Sale Items
Items purchased from our sale and flash sale collections ship at a flat rate of $12.95–$12.99 and do not qualify for free shipping.
In-Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order in person? We offer free in-store pickup at our location. Simply select the in-store pickup option at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Expedited Shipping
We do not process expedited orders through our website. If you need an order expedited, please call us at 919.851.0102 and we will do our best to accommodate your request (additional charges will apply).
