Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need another size or just don’t care for it, you can return it within 30 days. Returned item must be in new, unused condition and have all original packaging and tags intact. Sale items, bits and personalized items are final sale and ineligible for return or refunds. Please do not wash, oil, or use cleaning/conditioning products on items before returning.

Shipping is nonrefundable and orders that received free shipping will have shipping costs deducted from the final refund. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Saddle Trial/Return

Our saddles have the option of a 5 day trial period starting when you receive the saddle. We hope you and your horse will love the saddle, but if you don't, please let us know if you are sending it back by the 5th day of the trial. The saddle should come back in the same condition as received, and the purchase price will be refunded. Shipping and insurance are non refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping and full value insurance. If you need to extend the trial period by an extra day or two, you must let us know before the original 5-day trial period is over.

Please notify us before the end of the 5 day trial if you plan to return the saddle. If we are not notified within the 5 day period, the saddle will be considered sold.
