Evoke's Callisto Custom helmet liners are designed to help create a secure, comfortable, and customized fit for your Callisto Helmet. Built on three main outer shell sizes (small, medium & large), your centimeter size is provided by selecting from multiple liner options.

For riders needing a more personalized fit, Evoke Custom liners offer thickness options to help adjust the internal feel of the helmet. Custom Evoke helmet liners are available with extra-thin or extra-thick padding to bridge the gap for riders between shell sizes.

Made with breathable, moisture-wicking materials to help promote airflow and keep riders cool, each liner is machine washable for easy care.

Size & Fit

Fit: Standard vs. Custom Liners

Callisto has three shell sizes: Small, Medium, and Large.

  • Small: fits 53cm – 55cm heads
  • Medium: fits 56cm – 58cm heads
  • Large: fits 59cm – 60cm heads

In cases where your head falls between shell sizes, the custom liners will help achieve the best fit. For example, if your head measures 58cm, but is on the top end and possibly a little too snug, you may need to go up to 59cm. Because you are moving up to a large shell, you may need some extra padding to take up the extra room. The custom liner for 59cm offers 12mm or 15mm of additional padding.

All evoke helmets & skulls must be used with an evoke liner designed for the helmet or skull.
