Marcel Toulouse Soft Touch Large Horizontal Ball Spurs feature a smooth, larger-sized ball that rotates horizontally to widen the contact area and disperse pressure evenly. Measuring 1 1/4" from boot to tip, these spurs provide a humane, gentle touch for sensitive horses. Designed with ergonomic, angled strap slots, these spurs lie flat on the riders boot for a secure feel.
All Marcel Toulouse Spurs are made of high quality stainless steel. Wipe down after use to prevent residual build-up. Clean with metal polish as needed, especially before events for a bright shine.
USEF rules state to measure the spur from the base of the spur to the end of the tip. Maximum spur length is 2-inch or 5.08 CM. FEI rules state that the spur can not be longer than 4 CM from boot to end of spur, except for FEI Pony Riders and Children are limited to 3.5 CM with no rowels.
