Italian for "feather" (very light and soft), Piuma Air-Release Feather Light Pads are constructed of a a new featherlight thermoplastic material, offering horse and rider a really unique set of benefits.

These innovative pads are low-profile and light weight, but highly effective, offering excellent back protection along with a a sophisticated ventilation and air-supply system.
The special and innovative structure of these pads features a multitude of little bulges with lateral holes permitting an intense, horizontally directed air circulation.
These "little bulges" create a shock-absorbing cushion effect every time they are compressed and released, generating a flow of refreshing air which keeps the back of the horse perfectly dry.
This function is additionally enhanced by big rectangular cutouts arranged across the entire gullet channel of the pads.
Saddle fitting and adjustment possibilities are offered by the integrated front risers.
Constructed of non-toxic and environmentally friendly material, these pads are reisitant to high temperature fluctuations.

The Piuma Air-Release Feather Light Pads are waterproof and washable at at 30° C under running water.
